How can we help?

Answers to common questions about KiQHub Office, connected accounts and Meetings — and a real person when you need one.

Write to us

Email Kiq_Team@kiqhub.app from the address of your KiQHub account. Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened — a screenshot helps. Never send us passwords or sign-in codes: we will never ask for them.

Getting started

How do I sign in or create an account?

Open the app and choose Sign in, or Start free for a new account. Forgot your password? Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we email you a link.

How do I open my Word, Excel or PowerPoint files?

Drop the file on the Home page or choose Import a file. Pages, Numbers and Keynote files open too. File › Save As saves a copy in the format you need.

Can I work offline?

Yes. In the app, choose Install app & work offline and switch on Work offline. Changes made without a connection are synced when you are back online.

Connected accounts

How do I connect Zoom, Google or Microsoft?

In the app, open the account menu (your picture, top right) › Connected accounts and choose Connect next to the service. A window of the service opens: sign in there and allow access. KiQHub never sees your password.

How do I disconnect an account?

Account menu › Connected accounts › Disconnect. KiQHub Office forgets the sign-in at once and revokes it at Google and Zoom. For Microsoft, also remove KiQHub Office in your Microsoft account's app settings — the app shows you the link.

How do I remove KiQHub Office from Zoom?

Sign in at the Zoom App Marketplace, choose Manage › Added Apps, find KiQHub Office and choose Remove. Zoom tells us immediately and we delete your stored Zoom connection. Documents you already made from recordings stay in your KiQHub account until you delete them.

A service says "Not set up on this server yet"

That service has not been switched on for this KiQHub installation yet. Write to us and we will tell you when it is available.

Meetings

Home › Meetings has three tabs: Upcoming (your Zoom meetings), Recordings (your Zoom cloud recordings) and Invitations (meeting invitations in your Google Calendar or Outlook).

What can I do with my Zoom meetings?

See your upcoming meetings, open one to start it or copy its link, change the topic, time, duration, agenda, passcode or waiting room, copy Zoom's invitation text, cancel it, and approve or decline people who registered. You can also schedule a new meeting or start one right away.

How do I turn a recording into a document?

In Recordings, choose Transcript → document or AI summary → document next to a meeting. KiQHub Office makes a new document in your files with the speakers, times and text, or with the summary and next steps, ready to edit and share.

Why don't I see recordings, transcripts or summaries?

Cloud recordings, audio transcripts and AI Companion summaries are features of paid Zoom plans, and they have to be turned on in your Zoom settings (Settings › Recording › Cloud recording and Audio transcript; AI Companion › Meeting summary). Recordings saved on your computer stay there and are not visible to KiQHub Office. Zoom may take a while after a meeting to finish a transcript.

How do I answer invitations from my calendar?

Open Meetings › Invitations and choose Allow next to Google Calendar or Outlook — the service asks for your permission once. Then Accept, Maybe or Decline each invitation; your answer goes to the organiser as usual. Zoom, Teams and Google Meet links in the invitation get a Join button.
