The service
KiQHub Office — documents, spreadsheets and presentations at kiqhub.app — is a product of KiQ Apps. You can use it free for 14 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to create and edit files.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly: Personal €3, Pro €6 and Small Business / Family €12 for 3 people. Pro and Small Business / Family include KiQMail with a free @kiqmail.net address. Prices include VAT where applicable.
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
Your files
Your files stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy page. If your plan ends, you can still open, download, print and share your files.
KiQ AI
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of KiQ AI. Extra AI credits can be bought; they are used after the monthly allowance and do not expire. AI answers can be wrong — check anything important before you rely on it.
Invite credit
Credit from invited friends is added when a friend pays for their first month. Credit can only be used for KiQ subscriptions, can't be paid out and expires if the account is deleted. Self-invites and fake accounts are not allowed and their credit will be removed.
Fair use
No illegal content, spam or attacks on the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.
Ending your account
You can download your files in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF formats at any time. To delete your account and your files, write to us from your account's email address.
